Ministry and Leadership Stream
Pastoral Care - Youth Elective
Leadership & Ministry
The Leadership & Ministry stream is designed to equip you for local church ministry and you will be trained by world recognised practitioners in the body of Christ. You will have inspiring leadership training, informative and practical Bible teaching and receive skills for living your best life! Your lecturers will include all the leadership team at C3 Church, as well as guest lecturers such as Dr Kong Hee, Dr Allan Myer and Sy Rodgers.
1st Year - a foundational year that equips you to serve in your local church or as a market place minister.
2nd Year - leadership year in which you will be empowered for effective service.
3rd Year - For those who are called to full time ministry, involving class time, and a church based internship program.

Core Program
The Core program in the Ministry and leadership stream is designed to equip you for local church ministry and you will be trained by world recognised practitioners in the body of Christ.
Your lecturers will include Dr Phil Pringle, Mark Kelsey, Bernadette Kelsey, Pat Antcliff, Jeff Crabtree, Josh Kelsey, James Murray, Mark Saundercock, Pam Borrow and Emily McIntyre.
Guest lecturers in 2009 include Dr Kong Hee, Dr Allan Myer and Sy Rodgers.

Pastoral Care
The Pastoral Care major is taking an exciting new focus in 2010. You can now gain new communication skills as a pastor/trainee pastor or support worker that will equip you to help your people in a systemic, efficient way so that they can attain their best life. You will also learn specific skills in how to help people with many of the particular issues that people face today.
Our lecturers are highly experienced and well qualified practitioners in these areas, who include teaching on how to integrate these skills with working as a minister of the Holy Spirit.
All this is done in a self contained course on one day of the academic week.
Youth Elective
This elective is designed to give the student an insight into being a Youth Leader in the youth culture of the 21st century. It looks at the various principles and dynamics of leadership in the context of Youth Ministry.
The aim of this elective module is to equip students with the ability to effectively lead youth and to provide guidelines on how to develop not only their own leadership capacity but also those leaders under and around them.
It includes an evangelism module which looks at the various principles and dynamics of Evangelism in the context of Youth Ministry. The aim of this module is to equip students with the ability to effectively evangelise youth and to provide guidelines on how to develop not only their own evangelistic capacity but also those leaders under and around them.
James Murray oversees and lectures this course, alongside the C3 Stadium Generations Pastors. This team has a dynamic youth ministry that not only equips and empowers the youth of C3 Oxford Falls but is also influential in the body of Christ in Australia and beyond.
James Murray is in demand as a Youth communicator, in this course students will spend a year not only learning from him about youth ministry but also experiencing the C3 Stadium generations team in action.
