How to Apply
1. Download and complete the Application Form
2. Prepare Audition Material - Creative Ministry Stream
3. Get your pastor/church leader to complete your Pastoral Reference and send it to C3 College.
THEN - Send in your Application Form and Audition Material to C3 College!
1. Application Form
Download the Application Form (link below) and complete ALL relevant sections.
Applications take 2-3 weeks to process once we have received them, and you will be notified of the outcome via email and/or phone. 2. Audition Requirements – Creative Only
Audition material is required as part of all C3 College –Creative Stream applications.

You are required to contact the C3 College Office to request an appointment for a live audition.
Applications take 2-3 weeks to process once we have received them, and you will be notified of the outcome via email and/or phone. 3. Pastoral Reference Form
Get your pastor/church leader to complete and send your Pastoral Reference to C3 College.
(The person who provides a Pastoral Reference must be either a Pastor, Minister, Youth Worker, Elder, Small group Leader or House Church Leader, and must have known the applicant personally for a minimum of twelve months. If the referee is not either ordained by the church, a recognised lay leader or in full time ministry, the Certification Section must be completed by a Pastor or Minister in authority in that church.
*If your Pastor is directly related to you, we require at least one Pastoral Reference Form from a Church Leader not related to you.
