CHECK-IN TIMES - Afternoon session check-in opens at 12:15 daily and parent pick-up is at 4:30pm. Evening session   check-in opens at 6:15 and parent pick-up time is at 9:30pm. Please collect your child promptly after each session finishes, a $30 charge is incurred for parents who pick up their child more than 15 minutes after each session closes. Conference begins in the PM service  on 11th April evening and finishes 14th April at 9:30pm.

ESSENTIAL INFO - Please have fed your child lunch/dinner before each session and advise at check-in daily if your child has any allergies. Please pack your child a labelled water bottle for each session. Children must be in good health to attend Elev8. We will contact you via your nominated mobile phone number should your child need you during the sessions. Please keep your mobile on, switched to vibrate & visible at all times.
